手把手教你用PPT绘制科研中各种图形(2)——蛋白酶体/管状结构

上图为我们绘制的最终效果。

我们来分析下上面的构造，其实就是圆形组成的图片，加上白色的渐变看上去有点立体效果，通过调整位置就能达到效果。

  1. 首先，在PPT里面画一个园，改为纯色填充以及无线条。

  1. 再绘制一个比上面的圆形小的一个园。改为无线条，渐变填充。

渐变填充如下：

修改类型为路径，并删除光圈3,和光圈4，只留下光圈1,和光圈2（小编这是用的是PPT2007，如果你使用的是2010和2013等高级版本，这里不太一样，不过比这个简单多了）

把这个图案移动到我们先前画的大的蓝色的圆上面，并修改光圈1和光圈2的参数，如下：

  1. 绘制成小球后，我们将小球复制，并移动位置和前后位置关系，得到如下：

注意，你可能需在小球上右键，大小和位置中通过输入数值来确定小球的位置。

  1. 同理，我们绘画出如下图形，并对接两个图形

5. 我们复制一个新的“顶盖”，然后置于底层，得到了蛋白酶体的帽子。

  1. 接下来我们画筒状结构，首先在原来的蓝色的小球上，改变下颜色：

7. 在新的小球略微缩小一些，然后并排复制6个：

同样复制上面的一串球，并排列位置：

  1. 我们把上面已经制作好的帽子盖在上面：

9. 可以把帽子压扁些，看上去更自然些~

好了，一个蛋白酶体示意图就已经收工，当然上图并不是完美的，需要对每个球的位置再仔细设置下
