电脑中有这两个P就可以搞定WB

论文撰写这件事情看似很高大上，但是有些图片只需常备软件就可以处理的很好，今天给大家介绍两种简单易学处理WB图片的方法。

对于科研小白来说，电脑里可能还没安装那么多专业软件，其实在组会上用PPT(Powerpoint)汇报结果时会发现，这个软件一样可以处理WB图片。

1、 将剪切好的WB图片插入到PPT中。

2、 同时选中两种图片，点击右键，点击组合。

3、 点击插入，选择文本框，将蛋白名称标注好。

4、 再如下图添加各自条带所对应的实验分组，插入文本框，在文本框中输入文字，注意文本框可自由旋转，点住下图所示的旋转按钮拖动即可。

5、 根据不同杂志的要求，倾斜一定的角度可以让整体效果看上去更美观。

6、 为了方便分组，可是适当拖曳条带长短，最终结果如图所示。

7、 全选之后，右键另存为图片，即可使用。

第二种方法就是用PS软件处理WB图片。

1、新建一个画布，打开已经剪切好的图片。

2、将剪切好的图片拖曳到画布中，这里注意要解锁图层才能拖曳到画布中。

3、这里可以发现，两条条带长度不一，我们现在调整一下较短的条带，选中你要调整的图片所在的图层，点击编辑，自由变换（Ctrl+T）,会看到想要调整的图片已经被选中。

 

4、拖曳到合适图片，点击对号。

5、点击编辑>描边，选择居外，如图所示，像素大小即描边的粗细可适当调整。

6、添加文字，注明各条目的条带代表的蛋白和实验分组情况，同时可点击编辑，自由变化，调整字体方向。

7、大功告成，点击文件>保存，这里要注意的是保存为PSD格式方便后续再修改，但是投稿给的图片格式，都是TIFF。

 

注意，这里的教程只是对条带结果进行一定的美化，看上去更清楚。但也请仅限于此，不要对条带进行剪切复制等改变研究结果的操作，否则后果十分严重。
