У разі їх стрімкого спустошення Нацбанку буде складно підтримувати курсову стабільність.

Зокрема, спрямувати до держбюджету ще більше місцевих податків. Через необхідність профінансувати додаткові потреби сектору оборони на 300 млрд грн уряд пропонує забрати в місцевих бюджетів ПДФО з грошового забезпечення військових. Наразі, коли Мінфін працює над бюджетом 2024 року, уряд не може похизуватися такою ж упевненістю. Для отримання необхідного фінансування Україні доведеться докладати більше зусиль, переконуючи партнерів у безальтернативності підтримки боротьби з Росією.
